The governmental organizations suggest the practice of sports outside even when it is dull, seeing as the light of day will always be superior to the light we find in doors.
This blog would not exist if it were not for my inspiration, my son, Henry. Because of Henry, I often view life through a mother's lens. I constantly ask myself, "is this decision in the best interest of my son and my family?" Henry's treehouse illustrates the many roles that I play in his life. A treehouse can be used for recreation or permanent habitation, and I hope that I can show my son the joys of life while providing him unwavering stability. Additionally, for a treehouse to survive, it must be constructed amongst a strong and mature tree. I hope to be that foundation for my son. Not to mention, treehouses are a solution for an eco-friendly lifestyle. While I have no intention of moving our family into a treehouse, I try to make green choices whenever I can.
It is my hope that we can all be a treehouse in a child's life.
